The ScentVana™ Home Show Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by TME Home Enhancement, LLC d/b/a ScentVana™, Jacksonville, Florida ("Sponsor").

​

2. Eligibility

​

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

​

Employees of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to participate.

​

Void where prohibited by law.

​

3. Sweepstakes Entry Period

​

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at the opening of the Jacksonville Fall Home & Patio Show on October 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 4, 2026.

​

Only eligible entries submitted during this Entry Period will be included in the random drawing.

​

Sponsor's computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.

​

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

and complete the Atmosphere Archetype™ quiz and submit the requested entry information during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

​

No purchase, consultation, membership, or other transaction is required to enter or win.

 

5. Prize

 

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

​

The Grand Prize is a 12-month ScentVana Home Experience, consisting of:

• One ScentVana A1000 whole-home scenting system

• Professional installation

• Twelve months of ScentVana membership service

• Monthly aroma replenishment

• Ongoing equipment support and service

 

The prize is based on a Reserve Single Home Experience.

​

Approximate retail value: $2,227.

​

The winner may elect to apply the value of the prize toward an eligible upgraded ScentVana Home Experience, subject to Sponsor approval and applicable pricing. Any amount exceeding the prize value is the responsibility of the winner.

​

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

​

6. Winner Selection

 

One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

​

The drawing will take place within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Entry Period.

​

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

​

7. Winner Notification

​

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Installation & Service

​

The ScentVana Home Experience must be installed at a residential property within an area reasonably serviceable by Sponsor.

​

The prize includes Sponsor's standard professional installation.

​

Electrical work, HVAC modifications, construction, or other work outside Sponsor's standard installation services are not included unless expressly approved by Sponsor.

​

The winner must provide reasonable access to the property for installation and ongoing service.

​

Applicable ScentVana membership and service terms apply.

​

9. General Conditions

​

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.

​

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes.

​

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or technically defective entries; internet or network failures; or other technical problems beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

​

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

10. Release

​

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Publicity

​

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

​

12. Privacy

​

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.

13. Winner Information

Requests must be received within 90 days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
