Setup &
Installation
Your ScentVana system is professionally installed and calibrated to your home, with each diffuser thoughtfully positioned for balanced, whole-home atmospheric coverage.
Your Setup & Activation Fee and first month's membership are due at installation and include professional installation, system calibration, app setup, and the start of your ScentVana experience.
If additional electrical work is required, it will be identified during your in-home consultation and completed by a licensed contractor at an additional cost.
Membership Agreement
ScentVana is delivered through a simple 12-month membership, ensuring a consistently refined whole-home atmosphere with ongoing support and care.
Your ScentVana equipment remains our property throughout your membership and is professionally installed, maintained, and supported. After your initial term, your membership continues month-to-month, and if you ever choose to cancel, we'll coordinate equipment removal.
Every installation is backed by our 30-Day Atmospheric Promise. If your home doesn't feel exactly as you envisioned within the first 30 days, we'll make it right or discontinue the membership.
Ongoing Experience
Every membership includes Monthly Atmospheric Replenishment Delivery, with your selected aromatic profile delivered directly to your door to maintain a consistently refined whole-home atmosphere. Additional oil is always available as needed.
The ScentVana app connects via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, giving you complete wireless control of each diffuser. Easily adjust schedules, operating times, and diffusion intensity from your smartphone.
Signature and Reserve Experiences include quarterly preventative maintenance visits to keep your system performing at its best. Concierge Experience includes monthly white-glove in-home service, with every refill, adjustment, and maintenance detail professionally handled for you.
